1) Register the new orders

2) Co-ordinate with marketing for sending the acceptance mail to client with allocated SO NO for future communication with his mail ID .

3) Co-ordinate with Design person to track the Clearances / Drawing approval – RELEASE FOR MANUFACTURING FORMAT

4) Make the order comparison and ask for the amendments if needed otherwise release for manufacturing after Purchase Dept

 

5) Co-ordinate with Purchase & other Dept  for raw material and production planning based on deliveries period and special dispatch instructions . List out the non-billable items which are to go with supplies .

6) Set the tentative dates of dispatch and inform client with copy to site team or installation team and sales person

7) Release the PI well in time for payment (PI to be raised by him after going through the BOQ thoroughly ) . In case there is any delay due to RM or anything, inform the client with change date but before this discuss with site / sales.

8) Inform the logistic team in advance at the time of releasing the PI for transportation. If any inspection at factory is there, call the client accordingly with sales in loop.

9) Once the PI is released and payment received the action for logistic

10) As soon as the material ship, the logistic will inform the client with all details with copy to all the team members like site, sales , accounts etc.
