Sampling And Dispensing Booth

Dispensing and Sampling Booths are generally designed for product, operator, and environmental protection using an air flow stream that is mixed. These are commonly used to avoid the process emissions of dust and powder while dispensing and sampling.

These booths allow for sample extraction and raw material transfer to take place in an area separate from the raw batch containers. They use HEPA filtered reverse laminar flow technology for the powder-based materials inside the booths, with a single-pass method for solvent or chemical-based materials.

Made of stainless steel, these units come with an H14 HEPA filter bank on the top, which blows out clean air from top to bottom in a 70-30 reverse flow. The front is draped in strips of flexible polyester curtains. Typical air quality is preserved through return air grills with microvee or pocket bag filters for suction.
